And one that I have been asking all my clients.

Sometimes you have to work really hard to keep doing the things you love from walking 10K steps a day, to getting in and out of the bath unaided or even doing a headstand in your dotage.

The skills we perform are made up of constituent parts of strengths and flexibilities that need to be maintained and nurtured as we age so that we can keep doing what we love. Use it or lose it, baby.
