I’m Alice, a yoga teacher with many years of experience. I specialise in working with people who want to feel like they are flourishing in their 40s and beyond.
It might be peri-menopause that’s knocked you sideways.
Maybe you have a persistent ache somewhere when it rains (this does happen!).
Your body feels it has been sitting at a desk for far too many years.
Perhaps you have a sports injury that won’t go away.
Or you might just want to be able to get in and out of the bath in 20 years time.

One-to-One Classes: I offer bespoke classes perfectly tailored for your needs in-person or on Zoom
I teach movement sequences to help stretch and strengthen the body. These routines are based on calisthenics, yoga, and body weight exercises. I will introduce various breathing techniques to calm your nervous system. And I have many suggestions for lifestyle adjustments that will all optimise how you feel during this transitional phase of life. Everyone is different so I listen to how things feel for you and we can explore the wide variety of solutions from the very first class.
Corporate Classes: I offer corporate talks and classes - as part of wellbeing events or as weekly sessions
The talks raise awareness about the challenges faced during this transitional time and provide some practical strategies for managing symptoms. My group sessions equip women with tangible tools and techniques that can be used in the work environment giving them confidence to optimise their well-being whilst juggling professional responsibilities.
