Why work with me?

Full disclosure: I had a challenging experience with aging in general and perimenopause in particular.  I found I was totally unprepared. At best, I was anxious and had lost my confidence. At worst, my husband started talking about early onset dementia.

The doctors didn’t seem to have any answers; if they had just looked at my age and thought about it for a little while, the penny should have dropped.

I am naturally a curious and passionate woman; a problem solver. I worked with what I already knew was good for my body and mind. I found exercise and breathing protocols helpful and, having been in the wellness industry for 30 years, I kept experimenting with different modalities such as diet and various life hacks, all backed by science, until I started to feel better.

I have essentially given myself a PhD in navigating the challenges of aging. I now use this wealth of experience and knowledge to work with individuals in midlife to get their lives back on track and recover their confidence and happiness.

If you want to regain your mojo and feel like yourself again, I understand. I’ve been there.

The process of aging can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I am accredited by the following organisations: Yoga Alliance Professionals, The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and The Menopause Movement.

I studied with a philosophy teacher and a Sanskrit teacher and a yoga master in India for over 10 years.

I keep my skills current by regularly attending new courses and reading the current scientific papers on subjects to do with sports and fitness, breathing, menopause and diet.

I have full insurance. However, so we can keep you as safe as possible, please let me know if you have any health concerns so that we can take this into account.
